Whether you're creating a short film, a documentary, or a YouTube video, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the essentials of planning, preparing, and capturing your vision on camera. Learn practical techniques and gain the confidence to bring your ideas to life!

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Develop a basic pre-production plan, including storyboarding and shot lists.
  • Understand the essentials of scriptwriting and scene breakdowns.
  • Explore camera techniques, angles, and settings for dynamic storytelling.
  • Identify key equipment needed for a successful shoot (and where to find them on campus)
  • Learn tips for managing a shot, including setting up shots and directing.
