In the assessment learning community we refer to our working space together as "assessment Vegas." This is an adaptation of that - come discuss anything and everything about assessment! To begin our academy, we invite colleagues to engage in thoughtful dialogue around assessment inquiry, successes and challenges. You will chat in small groups for about 30-45 minutes about anything and everything assessment related. Grab a coffee, get comfortable and welcome!

Course assessment is integral to assessment for student learning. Within courses we are able to identify opportunities for improvement and realize successes in student learning. Dr. Oksana Wasilik is a member of the ECTL Online and Digital Learning Team and will present a useful guide and share informed practices to embrace when designing course assessments and activities.
